Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") shall be applicable to all users ("User" or "Users") who access the Betzard Casino website (the "Site"). The Site is owned and operated by Fair Game Software KFT, a company registered in Curaçao.

By accessing and using the Site, User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If User does not agree with any of the terms or conditions contained herein, User should immediately discontinue use of the Site.

Betzard Casino may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is User's responsibility to regularly review this Agreement to ensure familiarity with any changes.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Curaçao, excluding its conflict of laws principles. By accessing and using the Site, User submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and Betzard Casino regarding access to and use of the Site. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or communications between the parties.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or part, such provision shall be modified or replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that best embodies the original intent of the parties.

The failure of Betzard Casino to exercise its rights under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
